Capital O Oaxaca Guest Hotel

The hotel's location was relatively close to downtown and reasonably priced. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. Although the hot water in the sink and shower was unreliable, the bathroom was generally functional. the staff was friendly and accommodating and did their best to help us with our queries.

The hotel lacked sufficient sound insulation between floors and rooms, making it difficult to sleep when other guests were talking or walking around.

The room was impressively clean and organized. I appreciate that the staff maintained it that way every day of our stay. It was also comforting how close the hotel was to downtown, and the price we paid was very reasonable considering we were just a few minutes away from the main attractions. Another advantage I enjoyed was the availability of ventilators in the room, even though there was no air conditioning.

The check-in was slightly confusing. We wanted to know more about taxes and additional charges, but the receptionist was not clear about it.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the cleanliness and friendly staff. Our room was super clean and daily cleaning ensured it stayed that way. The hotel also had great facilities and breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient with easy transportation and parking options.
